精選了喬治城新開的酒店入住，到藝術街區、商場都是步行距離，晚上散步可以走到姓氏橋附近。房間裡有衣帽間和梳粧台，便利程度高，房間打掃的也很及時，收拾的比較乾淨。早餐品類算是比較豐富，能吃到一些當地特色。前台明確寫了退房時間是12點，列明瞭需要額外付款遺產稅，服務人員態度沒有問題。夜宵推薦酒店樓下拐角處華人開的雲吞店。

This is a new hotel, so everything is new, clean and comfortable. A surprising huge room, almost a suite for the price paid. Luxurious feel especially the tapas bar at lobby Lvl 6 with live band and fantastic night sky view but rather expensive. Breakfast was just ok with not too much varieties. Swimming pool great with unique in-water sunbed. No sauna/steam room. No cafe at lobby. Overall check-in/check-out speed is fast but luggage concierge keeping and retrieval is too slow, especially if u're rushing for time, do plan ahead! Location slightly further away from Komtar area but still within walking distance.

酒店位置優越，位於5條路，到七條路巴剎和三條路美食中心都很近，甚至於到汕頭街也步行可達。酒店佈局非常有特色，臥室不大，但也足夠用，另有廚房和衣帽間，廚房可能用不上，但衣帽間蠻有用的。17樓的泳池，風景很好。早餐也算可以。小缺點，電源插座衹有英式，大多數酒店都是適用多種類型的插座的；床衹有一邊有電源，如果住了兩人，無法同時在床頭同時充電了。

The hotel has a very strategic and convenient location. I loved the room design, especially the ceiling fan and kitchenette, very thoughtful touches. However, the amenities felt more like 3-star quality, not what you would expect from a 5-star hotel. Breakfast was disappointing, closer to a 3-star standard, with no food replenishment once items ran out. On the plus side, there’s plenty of parking available. Overall, a decent stay, but improvements are needed to meet true 5-star expectations.

Pro: New hotel. Location was fine with 1 Avenue Mall about 6-7 minutes walk away. Besides, it's also in the city area, so near to move around if you are on a business 訂房網站. Cons: Hotel Room WiFi connection was poor. Towels was having some sort of funky smell [both].

佢一個全新嘅酒店，早餐好食，設備齊全，地理位置好，基本上去市區中心都係5元馬幣。附近有個大商場樓下有7–11。亦有一間點心餐廳。

酒店位置很好，到喬治市最繁華的商業中心也就500米，到大部分的旅遊景區步行都能到。房間佈局幹訂房網站展示的照片完全一致，樓頂有泳池，能看到檳城的風光。但是整個酒店沒幾個人能懂中文。中央空調的風量調整，求助客房服務，服務生説不會，且沒有下文了。洗臉毛巾衹有一條，刮鬍刀説沒有的（訂房間前問了，説有刮鬍刀），拖鞋的質量太差，是紙質的，不如國內的便捷酒店。住了三晚沒有換過床單，也沒有問我們是否需要換床單。總之，房間等設施剛剛夠五星，服務最多夠三星！

全新酒店、早餐的服務員Nathan非常好客接待好主動同客人傾談、給他五星評語. 超值正價比 A very newly hotel, open on May this year . Waitress name Nathan he's very friendly with guests & proactive talkative. I gave him 5 stars comments. over valuable 5 star hotel .
